It's all about giving back

Hello Everyone! Nice to meet you. Welcome to my world!

My name is Péter Molnár. And I’m addicted to fitness.
Well, this was a short but meaningful description of myself.
Don't get me wrong, I’m not an other narcissist poser. I know you’re sick of these guys. Mee too.
It’s all about giving back.

I know there’s a  lot of guys out there being in the same boat and most of you can relate to my story and I truly believe my journey is really instructive for most of you.

I’ve started from nowhere and I’ve built something I’m proud of. There was no one on my side but my endless will. My heart and my mind helped me trhough my worst times.
The reason  I share my thoughs is the intention to help others avoiding to make the same mistakes I've done before. I’ve never had a trainer or a menthor or even a gym buddy. I was just lifting. On my own, for myself. I complemented my underpreparedness with passion and enthusiasm.
I had troubled times. I’ve never been a genetic champion. I’m an extra hard gainer guy. I’ve started lifting with 65 kgs (143 lbs). Now I’ve got a modestly shredded physique of 90 kg (198 lbs). I don’t say I’m satisfied. Propably I never will. But the fact that I have the knowledge to build something like this makes me more satisfied than anything else in this life.
I’ve started competing after 11 years of workout experience. I chose Men’s Physique because this category is close to my bodytype.

Fitness is a lifestyle for me. It’s the part of my everyday life, so I try to keep a shape whole year that’s satisfying and aesthetic, but getting better every year. My goal is to prove that you can reach a physique naturally that can make you feel good in your own skin. To present a lifestyle that gives balance in your work, regular life and your workout.

Because I work in the marketing department of a leading sport dietary supplement company, BioTechUSA, I have a line of sight to fitness industry. This is a field I love, and a field I'm actually in.
The world of fitness is appealing, gorgeous and looks charming from the outside but the other side of the coin is that it's full of pitfalls in the inside.

Everything that will be told here is my unvarnished opinion by my own experiences. No science, no broscience, no urban legends. Just strictly the real facts.
Follow my journey in the world of fitness!

Stay tuned for more info about my trainings, my diet and my attitude about this whole fitness thing. Watch out! I’m not an avarage fitness guy! My opinion may hurt your beliefs of bodybuilding. So open minded people are welcomed.

The BioTechUSA Guy
